Louis K Watts

Dr. Louis Watts is an Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies at the MU Graduate College. His research focuses on principals, particularly on how they employ the use of technology. He is currently analyzing the relationship between principals’ sense of efficacy, their perceptions of how the unique cultural features of the Appalachian region influence education, and student achievement. Dr. Watts currently teaches Principalship, as well as Dissertation Research.
Dr. Watts received his B.A.in Psychology and Religion from Harding University. His
M.A. in in Educational Administration from West Virginia College of Graduate Studies. He received his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from West Virginia University.
