F. Robin O’Keefe

Dr. O'Keefe is an Associate Professor in the Biological Department at Marshall University. He received his BS in Biology from Stanford University and received his PhD in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Chicago. His fundamental research interest is the movement of vertebrate lineages in morphospace. Dr. O'Keefe is credited with the discovery of a new kind of Plesiosaur bound in Wyoming. Additional research by Dr. O’Keefe establishes that plesiosaurs gave birth to live young, rather than laying eggs, like most reptiles.
